FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LUMBERTON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty thousand three hundred sixty-eight dollars ($350,368) for water system improvements, including design and construction of water lines and installation of water meters, for the Lumberton mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
