FOR A SEWER SYSTEM FOR THE CORDOVA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct a sewer system for the Cordova mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
