SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 129

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Carroll H. Leavell

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one hundred twenty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($127,500) to replace the roof, flooring and heating and air conditioning units in the Billy McKibben senior center in Lovington in Lea county;

• to the department of environment

seventy-four thousand five hundred dollars ($74,500) to purchase a new backhoe for the Lovington municipal water supply in Lovington in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) to replace the roof and air conditioning system at the Troy J. Harris community center in Lovington in Lea county; and

one hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($147,000) to replace the flooring, roof and heating and air conditioning units in the youth center in Lovington in Lea county.
