FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE POWER DAM IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for reconstruction of the power dam in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
