FOR UPGRADE OF THE INFIELD PLAYING SURFACE AND FOUL TERRITORY AREAS TO AN ARTIFICIAL TURF SURFACE AT THE CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL FACILITY IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for upgrade of the infield playing surface and foul territory areas to an artificial turf surface at the Cibola high school baseball facility in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
