FOR A NEW SIDEWALK FOR AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 COMPLIANCE AT THE CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL FACILITY IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for a new sidewalk from the parking lot to the spectator area to allow accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Cibola high school baseball facility in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
