FOR A NEW CONCESSION STAND TO MEET FOOD SERVICE REGULATIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 AT THE CIBOLA HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL FACILITY IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a new concession stand, including restroom facilities, to comply with food service regulations and with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the Cibola high school baseball facility in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
