SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 175

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Lidio G. Rainaldi

FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RED ROCK STATE PARK IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ninety-six thousand dollars ($96,000) for permanent stadium chairs in the arena at the Red Rock state park in McKinley county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a new and permanent sound system in the arena in Red Rock state park in McKinley county; and

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for purchase and shipping of a new wooden pole to facilitate the Voledores flyers for Red Rock state park in McKinley county.
