REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CONSTRUCTING PHASE 1 OF A PRIMARY CARE CLINIC IN ANGEL FIRE IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct phase 1 of a primary care clinic in Angel Fire in Colfax county.
