SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 199

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MOSQUERO IN HARDING COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

twelve thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($12,250) for a water line installation project in Mosquero in Harding county; and

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the replacement and upgrade of the water system in Mosquero in Harding county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

nine thousand two hundred dollars ($9,200) for the purchase of maintenance equipment for Mosquero in Harding county.
