FOR WELLS AND PIPELINES FOR THE HOPE COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

seven hundred sixty thousand dollars ($760,000) to drill wells and plan, design and construct pipelines to serve the agricultural community for the Hope community ditch association in Eddy county.
