FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT DEL CERRO COMMUNITY CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire land for, construct and equip Del Cerro community center in Dona Ana county.
