46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Grant county;

one million five hundred fifty-nine thousand one hundred dollars ($1,559,100) for the addition of classrooms to the Harlan hall building at western New Mexico university in Grant county;

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for the renovation and expansion of the vocational education building at western New Mexico university in Grant county; and

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for the repair and renovation of selected athletic facilities at western New Mexico university in Grant county.
