SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 235

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Cisco McSorley

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct phase 2 of the Silver Hill streetscape restoration project in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design a conversion of Lead and Coal avenues to two-way traffic in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase, install and construct a filtration system for the Highland pool in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
