FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE WELLS PARK NEIGHBORHOOD OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct street improvements to Fourth, Fifth and Sixth streets in the Wells Park neighborhood of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
