FOR UPGRADING THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for final phase upgrades of the wastewater treatment plant in Cloudcroft in Otero county.
