FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for purchasing field lighting materials for phase 1 of constructing two little league baseball fields in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) for installing the field lighting in phase 1 of constructing two little league baseball fields in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase bleachers for phase 1 of constructing two little league baseball fields in Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase roofed dugout shelters for phase 1 of constructing two little league baseball fields in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
