FOR CONSTRUCTING A MULTICULTURAL CENTER AT OJO AMARILLO NAVAJO HOUSING AUTHORITY HOUSING COMPLEX IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to construct a multicultural center at Ojo Amarillo Navajo housing authority housing complex in San Juan county.
