FOR THE ACQUISITION OF WATER RIGHTS FOR AGUA FRIA IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the acquisition of water rights for Agua Fria in Santa Fe county.
