FOR A TREATED EFFLUENT WATER REUSE AND WATER CONSERVATION SYSTEM FOR TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) for improvements, including a pipeline, security fencing, a lined holding pond, engineering, surveying and analysis of soil and utility location, for the treated effluent water reuse and water conservation system in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
