FOR DEVELOPING JOINT REGIONAL WATER AND WASTEWATER SUPPLY AND DELIVERY SYSTEMS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to develop joint regional water and wastewater supply and delivery systems, including underground storage, in Santa Fe county.
