FOR EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE SATELLITE CAMPUS IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute

three million two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($3,260,000) for educational improvements for the Luna vocational-technical institute satellite campus in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
