FOR PURCHASING AND INSTALLING AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT AND CONSTRUCTING A PRODUCTION FACILITY FOR THE PUBLIC ACCESS CHANNEL IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for purchasing and installing audio and video equipment and constructing a production facility for the public access channel in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
