FOR RESTORATION, CONVERSION AND INCORPORATION OF THE OLD POWER PLANT IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand two hundred dollars ($110,200) for the restoration, conversion and incorporation of the old power plant as part of the heritage museum and cultural center in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
