FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A WATER UTILITY LINE AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN THE SANTA TERESITA SUBDIVISION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the installation of a water utility line and distribution system in the Santa Teresita subdivision in Dona Ana county.
