FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for improvements, including hill stabilization, phase 4 sewer, main street surface and bollards, drainage, road construction, fencing and gates, at balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
