FOR CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO MOUNTAINEER ROAD IN RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for safety and drainage construction improvements to Mountaineer road in Reserve in Catron county.
