FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RETAINING WALL IN LA CAPILLA IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a retaining wall in La Capilla in Grant county.
