FOR IMPROVING ROAD AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND STORM DRAINAGE ON BELL AND MANZO STREETS IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improving road and utility infrastructure and storm drainage on Bell and Manzo streets in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
