FOR THE MODEL COLONIA PROJECT IN DEL CERRO AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for a three-phase project to rezone and connect existing paved streets to dirt streets, pave and make improvements in the colonias of Del Cerro and surrounding areas of Dona Ana county.
