FOR A CONVENTION CENTER IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to purchase property and to design and construct a convention center in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
