FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO INCREASE WATER FLOW FOR THE ACEQUIA DEL LLANO IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for improvements to increase water flow for the Acequia del Llano in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
