STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Lidio G. Rainaldi

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE CHICHILTAH CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to pave a parking lot in the Chichiltah chapter in the Navajo Nation in McKinley county;

one hundred sixty thousand fifty-two dollars ($160,052) to wire houses in the Chichiltah chapter in the Navajo Nation in McKinley county; and

three hundred two thousand dollars ($302,000) to install powerlines in the Chichiltah chapter in the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
