FOR REPLACING THE SEWER PLAN AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM IN THE WHITE CLIFFS MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to replace the failing sewer plant and disposal system in the White Cliffs mutual domestic water users association in McKinley county.
