FOR THE PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A HOMELESS SHELTER FOR VETERANS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million six hundred thousand dollars ($1,600,000) for the planning, design and construction of a homeless shelter for veterans in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
