FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE TECOLOTE COMMUNITY CENTER IN TECOLOTE IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for phase 4 construction of the Tecolote community center in Tecolote in San Miguel county.
