SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 750

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Gay G. Kernan

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase, construct, design and remodel the business development center in Clovis in Curry county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct roads and offices at the industrial park in Clovis in Curry county.
