I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
one million dollars ($1,000,000) to
construct a wastewater collection and treatment facility in Chaparral in Dona
Ana county;
•
to the department of transportation
one million dollars ($1,000,000) for road
improvements in Del Cerro in Dona Ana county;
one million dollars ($1,000,000) for road
improvements in
one million dollars ($1,000,000) for road
improvements in
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to
install streetlights in Berino in Dona Ana county;
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to
acquire land for an addition to the community center and to construct a fence
around the park in Del Cerro in Dona Ana county;
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
to purchase recreational and health gymnasium equipment for the Centro Fuerza y
Unidad in Del Cerro in Dona Ana county; and
two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000) for construction of a multipurpose complex for use by the community
action association in

to the office of the state engineer
fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to
develop a well for the park in Berino in Dona Ana county.
