FOR A SENIOR CENTER IN MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

five hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($515,000) to plan, design and construct a senior center in Mountainair in Torrance county.
