FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,250,000) for sports complex improvements at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

three million fifty thousand dollars ($3,050,000) for motor pool replacement at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
