FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A POWERLINE EXTENSION IN THE CRYSTAL CHAPTER IN THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for planning, design and construction of a powerline extension in the Crystal chapter in the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
