FOR RESTORATION OF THE ENRICHMENT CENTER IN LORDSBURG IN HIDALGO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to restore the enrichment center in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county.
