REQUESTED BY John Arthur Smith

FOR REBUILDING A PORTION OF THE ELECTRIC SERVICE DELIVERY SYSTEM IN TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to rebuild a portion of the electric service delivery system in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county.
