FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CUMBERLAND COOPERATIVE WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct water system improvements for the Cumberland cooperative water users association in Chaves county.
