SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 817

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MAXWELL IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred sixty-four thousand seven hundred dollars ($464,700) for phase 3 of water transmission line and control system construction and storage tank installation in Maxwell in Colfax county;

fifty-two thousand three hundred twenty dollars ($52,320) for construction and installation of a lift station for the septic system in Maxwell in Colfax county;

sixty-five thousand forty dollars ($65,040) for renovating and repairing the existing sewer system in Maxwell in Colfax county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand two hundred dollars ($10,200) for the renovation and expansion of city hall in Maxwell in Colfax county.
