FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE LINING PROJECT FOR THE SAN CRISTOBAL DITCH ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the design and construction of the lining project for the San Cristobal ditch association in Taos county.
