FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EDWARD J. LOPEZ BUILDING IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state land office

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) from the state lands maintenance fund for stucco and the first year of a phased in replacement of elevators, windows, carpets and drip irrigation systems at the Edward J. Lopez building in Santa Fe county.
