FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ANTON CHICO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for water system improvements for the Anton Chico mutual domestic water consumers association in Guadalupe county.
