FOR EXPANSION OF A NATURAL GAS LINE IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($235,000) for expansion of a natural gas line for the eastern New Mexico natural gas association in De Baca county.
