FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF CITY AND COUNTY LANDFILL FACILITIES IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct city and county landfill facilities in Deming in Luna county.
